It keeps taking me back to the same page. Why can't I do anything in the Portal?

Beginning August 1 each year, every school will need to have completed a few important actions in the Portal prior to accessing other features.  This affects school administrators and coaches, who are also prevented from updating rosters and schedules while there is a task that needs to be completed.

These requirements include verifying school directory information, submitted the school's Membership Statement, submitting a signed Membership Contract and selecting the Principal and Athletic Director contacts on the Coaches & Staff page.

If an action is required, you will be automatically directed to the area of the Portal where that requirement can be fulfilled.

If you don not have permission to perform that action you will be redirected to an error page until an administrator can complete the task.

Full access will be restored after the required step is completed.

If you believe you have completed the requirement and are still blocked, sign out and back in again to reset your account.
