Below is a step-by-step guide to help athletic directors access their individual account.

1. Sign into your school account with the School ID.
2. Click School, then Coaches & Staff.
3. Click All Staff.
4. Across from your name and email click the green Resend Invite button.
5. Open your email and find the email entitled "TSSAA Portal Account Invitation."
6. Click the link in the email.
7. Enter the password (twice) you wish to use for your individual account. It must be eight characters long and contain at least one capital letter.
8. Click Set Password.

Your password will be set and you will be automatically signed into your individual account.

If there is not a green Resend Invite button across from your name, this means you have already activated your account and set a password. You will need to complete the procedure for resetting your password which begins on the Sign In page by clicking "Forgot Password" and entering your email address.
