Access Sharing: How do I see school information once the AD has given me access?

The article applies to individuals that have received a Portal notification email stating that their athletic director has given them access to the school dashboard.

[YOUR NAME],
You have been granted access to the [SCHOOL NAME] dashboard on the TSSAA/TMSAA Portal.

If you have not received this email, contact your athletic director.

Take the following steps to access the school dashboard/information:
  1. Sign into the portal with your email address (individual account).
  2. At the top of the page, click the button that says Tennessee and the school year.  It is located to the immediate right of the Home link.
  3. From the drop-down that appears, click Change School/Year.
  4. From the list of Available Schools, click Set as Active across from your school.  In most cases there is only one shown.
  5. When the Current School is changed, the school selector at the top (next the Home button) will update to show the active school.  Additional menu options will appear based on the permissions granted by the athletic director.
