How do I get additional help with the Portal?

If you have consulted the help documentation and still have problems, please send an email to portal@tssaa.org containing the following information:
  1. What browser and version are you using?  Use this tool to get a link to send to us.
  2. What error message is shown, if any?
  3. Provide a step-by-step description of the steps you are taking and when the failure occurs.
