How do I change my email address?

To change your email address, click on the user name in the upper-corner, click My Profile, then click Change Email.  Enter your new email address twice and submit the form.  You will be sent a confirmation email.

You must click the link in the confirmation email to verify your address.  You will not be able to sign into the Portal until you verify your address change.

Administrators note: once a staff member's portal account is activated (green Resend Invite is no longer visible) the staff member will need to sign in and update his/her email address themselves.  You will not be able to change their email address for them.
