I cannot add a non-faculty coach to one of my teams.

All classified employees and non-faculty coaches must complete two NFHS Learning Center courses prior to coaching: "Fundamentals of Coaching" and "First Aid, Health, and Safety for Coaches."  The athletic director must provide the date these courses were completed in the TSSAA Portal area below:
  1. Click on School then Coaches & Staff.
  2. Click the All Staff tab.
  3. Locate the staff member on the list and click Edit across from the name.
  4. Enter the date the education requirements were met.
  5. Click the Edit Staff Member button to save your changes.
Once this has been done you will be able to add a non-faculty coach as a sport coach.
