I have a rules meeting voucher. How do I submit it to the Portal?

A TSSAA Portal account is required to submit your voucher information. The account is created when your athletic director adds you to the school's staff listing. Each person receives an invitation email from the TSSAA Portal ( with a link to set your password.

If you do not have the invitation email or can't find it, please contact your Athletic Director. Your AD can resend your invitation email if necessary (under Coaches & Staff, All Staff tab).  The invitation is also resent automatically when a login attempt is made using an registered but inactive email address.

Below is a step-by-step guide to help you enter your voucher information.
  1. Browse to the web address shown on your voucher card (
  2. Click Coach/Administrator.
  3. Sign into the Portal with your email address and password.
  4. Verify the list of Current Positions shown to the right (or below) the voucher form.  Coaches must be assigned by a school to the sport for which they are seeking credit.  An athletic director can receive credit for any sport.  If you are not assigned to the correct position at the school, do not proceed.
  5. Enter your voucher number, select the meeting you attended and the type of coach you are.  Select Boys' and Girls' if you are unsure.
  6. Click Submit Voucher.
  7. Print out the confirmation page for your records.  You will also receive an email confirming your submission.
