What is our school's status with rules meetings and how do we access the online meetings?

An athletic director can see the status of rules meeting attendance at any time by signing into the Portal with the school account and to the Training Roster, under School.  The last three years of attendance records are shown.  At the top of the page a red panel shows the sports that are subject to fines if rules meetings are not completed before the end of the current school year.

To access rules meetings, coaches should sign into the Portal using their individual account (email address) click Education, then Online Meetings.  The rules meeting will be unavailable if the person signed in is not assigned to that sport on the school’s Coaches & Staff page.

Athletic Directors may complete any online rules meeting by signing in using his/her individual account (email address) and going to the Online Meetings page.
